Civility Training For Schools, Nonprofit Community Organizations, and Families
provide a permanent solution to bullying by educating teachers, administrators, parents, and group leaders, on how to create confident, emotionally intelligent students, who make healthy choices for themselves and support others.
Confidence Builds Success Civility Training fostersdignity, civility, and harmony within the organization. Respect, Leadership, and Teamwork is the order of the day. Productivity is and profit is increased with a more engaged and resilient workforce that resolve problems effectively. Free training is offered to corporations who sponsor a school at the $7,500 or more level.
We provide ongoing training for over 10,000 students, teachers, and pastors in 32 schools in Uganda. Our Confidence Builds Success Academy Scholarship Program gives scholarships to 29 students to go to school. Our Water Filter Initiative gives each school that uses our program a water filter so that the children and teachers have access to 300 gallons of clean water a day for the next 10 years. That means that approximately 12,800 students can fuel their mind and body with clean water every day. We are expanded our program into Kenya in December 2018.
