LEADERSHIP ADVISORY BOARD

The Leadership Advisory Board is the governing board of Confidence Eliminates Bullying, Inc 501c3. The role of the board members is to meet monthly to discuss strategic planning needed, review the upcoming needs of the programs in the USA and Africa, guide and work with the Executive Director to insure our mission and vision are being met. Each board member will have one area of focus to oversee along with the Executive Director.

FINANCE COMMITTEE – 2-3 people

  • Create a strategic plan

  • Establish budget

  • Track finances

FUNDRAISING/SPONSORSHIPS USA – 4 to 6 people

  • Plan and organize fundraising events for USA

  • Solicit sponsors for the program and fundraising events

  • Report to Executive Director and Leadership & Development team fundraising statistics

  • Evaluation of fundraising efforts and events

FUNDRAISING/SPONSORSHIPS AFRICA – 4 to 6 people

  • Clean Water Initiative and Soccer Balls for Africa

  • Scholarships for Children in Africa

  • Annual trip to support our TAG 4 Change Africa team

EVENT PLANNING – 4 to 6 people

  • Plan theme, budget, program, gifts/goodie bags

  • Purchase all goods and materials for events

  • Set-up/break down events
